In Lisbon H.E. Minister for Foreign Affairs officially opened the Embassy of Timor-Leste in Portugal.
Minister Zacarias Albano da Costa also met with the
CPLP Permanent Representative also in Lisbon.
The minister also had met his counterpart, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Portugal DrLuis Amado, and the Secretary of State for Economic Cooperation, Dr. João Cravinho
